衡阳市广电中心工程地处船上西路与一环西路交汇处。新的广电中心由主楼和裙楼组成，主楼共21层，高79.9米；裙楼包括中央大厅和一个800平方米的多功能演播厅。主楼采用6CEF16-50S+9A+9C双钢化LOW-E中空玻璃，裙楼采用6CEF16-50S+9A+9C双弯钢化LOW-E中空玻璃。
The project is located in the crossroad of Chuanshan West Road and the first Ring West road.The new Radio and Television Center is 79.9 meters high and formed by the main building and poduim,with total 21-storey main building.The podium includes the central hall of 800 square meters and a multipurpose studio.The main building used 6CEF16-50S+9A+6C of pairs df steel LOW-E insulating glass,the use of podium 6CEF
